Returns & Refund Policy
With the aim of providing the best products, our team has put in a lot of effort to formulate our products. In case you wish to return your orders, please be aware of our return policy.
We only offer returns / replacements when we have delivered a wrong product, damaged or expired products.
Under such circumstances you can raise a return/refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order by contacting us at +91 8950453504 or on our email id care@navrekhahealthcare.com.
Once we review and verify your request with our return policy, we will then initiate a reverse pickup from your doorstep. Your returned order will then be re-examined and if found appropriate then your refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
Please note that the order will not be accepted for return if the product gets damaged from your side because of your mishandling (stains on the package, damaged labels, broken caps or seals etc.). We will also not accept return claims after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
